Ryan Knight Payments Ltd is an independent payments consultancy working with Dojo payment solutions. Dojo is a trading name of Paymentsense Limited.

You agree to use the website lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you must not:

• use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its backend services or the protected Consultant Mode area;
• introduce malware or any other harmful code;
• interfere with the availability, security or integrity of the website;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract content without our permission;
• upload documents you are not entitled to share;
• submit false, misleading or third-party information without authority.

Content on this website is provided for general information about our consultancy services. It is not financial, legal, accounting, tax or regulatory advice, and it is not an offer, guarantee or binding quotation. You should obtain your own professional advice where appropriate before making commercial decisions.

The calculator is an illustrative tool. It produces estimates based on the figures you provide, figures extracted from a statement you upload, and the modelling assumptions shown alongside the results.

• Results are illustrative estimates only and are not a quotation, offer or guarantee of pricing, savings or acceptance.
• Unless a different authorised pricing configuration applies, the public calculator models an illustrative Dojo transaction rate of 0.80%. Actual pricing depends on factors including turnover, transaction profile, card mix, business type, payment method, hardware requirements and other commercial considerations. Your actual rate and potential saving may be higher or lower.
• Accuracy depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information entered or extracted. Automated statement extraction can make mistakes, so you should always check the figures before relying on them.
• Existing Dojo or Paymentsense customers are excluded from new-customer savings modelling. In that case the tool explains the current cost breakdown only, and any pricing questions should be raised with your existing account contact.
• Any pricing discussed during a consultation is subject to final confirmation, underwriting, eligibility and the relevant provider's agreements.

Where you upload a merchant statement you confirm you are authorised to share it. Uploads are handled as described in our Privacy Policy: statements used only for a calculation are processed and discarded, while statements you expressly send for a human review are stored in private, access-controlled storage and deleted once no longer required. Please avoid including information that is not necessary for the review.

Appointment booking is provided through Calendly, a third-party service. Submitting an enquiry or booking a review does not create any contract for services. Any engagement with Ryan Knight Payments Ltd or a payment provider is subject to separate agreement.

All content on this website — including text, layout, design, graphics, logos and brand assets — is owned by or licensed to Ryan Knight Payments Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. Dojo, Paymentsense and related marks and product imagery belong to their respective owners and are used with permission for legitimate promotional purposes. You may view and print content for your own business use, but you may not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit it without our written permission.

The website links to third-party websites and services, including Dojo, Calendly and social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy or privacy practices of third parties, and a link does not imply endorsement.
